The Tokopedia integration process can only be done by stores with several qualifications, which are as follows:
A. Your Tokopedia account status is registered as an Official Store or Power Merchant.
B. Make sure your account is not integrated with Other Third Parties.
C. Make sure the shop is still active.
D. Make sure you have included the E-mail information on your Tokopedia account.
1. If your account has met the qualifications above, then you can fill in the form below according to your shop information:

2. After filling in the form, the Ginee Team will check for the integration application, for the check itself is done at 09:30, 11:00, 14:00 and 16:00 WIB, when the check is complete, the Tokopedia Team will send confirmation in the form of E-mail to your Tokopedia account E-mail address.

3. After filling in the form, the Ginee Team will help to submit integration to Tokopedia, submissions are made at 09:30, 11:00, 14:00 and 16:00 WIB every day, the Tokopedia Team will check and will send a confirmation in the form of E-mail to your Tokopedia E-mail account.

4. After you agree to the confirmation E-mail, the Ginee Team will start the process of integrating your Tokopedia account into Ginee which takes 1 working day.
Things that must be considered:
The e-mail that must be filled in on the form is the Ginee e-mail account, not your personal e-mail or Tokopedia e-mail.
Make sure the name of the shop, shop domain is filled in correctly, if it’s wrong, then you have to re-apply for integration.
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the Tokopedia e-mail account that you want to integrate.
Make sure you agree or click Accept on the confirmation e-mail sent by Tokopedia. If you do not agree, then Ginee can not help to do the Integration. And if the E-mail has expired, then you have to re-apply.
If you do not receive the E-mail, please contact Ginee Customer Support to escalate it.
